  3. 40 yd sprints – x6
  4. Sled Work – backwards x2
  5. Parloff Relay – x3
  6. Indian Run – x2
  7. Ball Work
  8. Yoga – Hip Strength

Did not play small-sided games. Coaches Bell and Taylor were in attendance.
