Boys Summer S&C Day 1

  1. Lifting – took one hour
  2. 20 yd sprints x8
  3. 40 yd sprints x6
  4. Parloff relay x4
  5. Sled drags – backwards, lateral left, lateral right
  6. Indian Run – half field
  7. Yoga – Hip Strength

Did not do any small-sided games or ball work and probably will not for the remainder of these sessions. Coach Sloan was in attendance.
