  • Super Set: 120yds in 18sec, return to start in 30, rest 25. Run 40yds out & back 3x. Rest 75 sec. Repeat 5x.
  • 6 Minutes of Hell: Teams of 3. 2 balls. Player 1 dribbles 35yds out to cone and back. Player 2 does sole taps on ball. Player 3 does straight leg lifts. Player 1 upon returning immediately begins leg lifts, player 2 becomes the dribbler, and player 3 switches to sole taps. This rotation continues for 6 minutes. Or more, if any infractions are spotted.
  • Tempo Run – 24 minutes
