  • ABC Shuttle: A: 5yds out & back, 10yds out & back, 15, 20, & 25. B: 25yds out & back, 3x. C: 50yds out & back, 50yds out. Repeat ABC 4x
  • 6 Minutes of Hell: Teams of 3. 2 balls. Player 1 dribbles 35yds out to cone and back. Player 2 does sole taps on ball. Player 3 does straight leg lifts. Player 1 upon returning immediately begins leg lifts, player 2 becomes the dribbler, and player 3 switches to sole taps. This rotation continues for 6 minutes. Or more, if any infractions are spotted.
