Girls – This is the Capstone to the summer strength and conditioning program. You will begin at the Fallen Timbers Mall parking lot marked “F2”, just south and east of JC Penney. You will finish at the sledding hill at Silver Lake in Side Cut Metropark. Your turn-around will be at Orleans Park in Perrysburg. Enjoy.
